I got a Protein Brown Sugar Boba after a gym workout. The barista was nice and told me the boba would take a bit of time to finish cooking. As a barista, I understand the importance of patience and transparency about items that are readily available. In comparison to other protein whey beverages, it was a delightful drink. The warm gooey, fresh boba was delicious. Also, I was given a large size instead of the small that I ordered, perhaps due to the positive interaction or wait time. Either way, I appreciated it and gave my thanks.

I have stopped in this place twice. Both times I was told they were out of tapioca an hour before closing time. I’ve owned my own business and have always been prepared for whatever time a customer came in. The preparation needs to be better. I’ve tried twice, and I won’t try a third time. When being in the food industry, you must be prepared at all cost if you want to make money. Highly dissatisfied.

I grabbed the brown sugar milk tea with tapioca and it was perfect. My daughter has the strawberry milk tea with passion fruit poppies and she loves it and my wife went with the honeydew with mango poppies and it was delightful. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Giving 2 stars because when I reviewed the place on my TikTok, I got a discount and at least the guy employees have been professional the few times I went here. I would’ve give 5 stars if it wasn’t for that The innocent looking lady today being unprofessional. I got a cappuccino and I was not asked what flavor I wanted. Ok fine. I was asked “do u want boba” and i said “yes”. In the end they gave me my iced cappuccino saying it has no sugar and at least the very kind other cashier with a braid asked me if I wanted sugar(she didn’t take my order so not her fault) which I said no to because I figured the boba will bring enough sweetness. Once I got to my car, I realized they didn’t even add boba to my drink. The girl was making previous customer drink incorrectly not just mine. I wanted to go here today to support local small Nepali business but left with disappointment. That cashier/employee needs more training. Wish I got her name because the other cashier after her was kind even when I got fed up. Edit: changing to 5 stars due to the reply plus the people in charge are GREAT people, that 1 cashier need to learn how to do her job AWAKE! And her mistake shouldn’t define my other go

I literally cannot express how much of a good impression I got at this location. Employee was beyond kind and the milk tea is super good. This photo is of a Vanilla and Thai milk tea w/o boba. Second photo of the drinks was an Oreo Milkshake. There was also super fun games, we stayed for about an hour playing.
